Working with the producers and the trade association, to lay the foundations for a co-ordinated three year £2 million international marketing campaign, and to secure European Union funding. This included drafting marketing plans and appointing professional marketing services companies

Outcomes
Campaign halted a serious decline trend, and substantial new business was secured
